It is absolutely in the getting to truly know oneself that we offer our self the ability to become aware and recognise that all and any change we are hoping for is the understanding of how truly powerful our thoughts both known and even more so the unknown are, as they are constantly operating within each and every one of us creating the patterns and subconscious thoughts that often keep us in both victim mentality and or limitation on so many levels!
